Central to all services is our 24hour help desk and customer liaison service, supporting our workforce in the delivery of customer centric services. Our experienced help desk staff are trained to handle customer service calls sensitively, capture the right information, offer appointments at the customer’s convenience and ensure the customer is always aware of the next steps.

We have a team of trained directly employed resident liaison officers, who work with our delivery teams to tailor our services to meet the diverse needs of our customers as well as minimising disruption to their daily lives.
